Busy Day!

We have been super busy today!  We were frantically publishing this morning. Our writing is due TOMORROW!  We also painted our Missouri salt maps. We will label once dry. We also had a super fun math game using all of our devices to review for the math test called Kahoot!  The test is tomorrow!

Math Test Coming Up!

We started to review today in small groups for the math test on Thursday. We will review again tomorrow as a whole class. A study guide is coming home tonight. 

Making Salt Maps

Today we made our Missouri salt maps. We had a lot of teamwork happening in here helping each other with this project. Students had to mark the major cities, rivers, show plains, and the Ozark Mountains. We will paint next week when they dry.

Show Me Missouri

Today we will finished up our brochures of Missouri. These brochures highlight the regions of Missouri. We also talked about factor and multiples in math. One way to practice factors is with a factor rainbow. 

Editing With Different Lenses

In writing we have been editing our stories for the past two days. The students have a different focus each time they look at their story, and it is as if they are looking through a new lens each time. We have looked for spelling, point of view, verb tense, capitalization, paragraphs, and punctuation.
