Meeting First Grade Buddies

Today we met our first grade buddies in Mrs. Boyd's class.  The class had a lot of fun meeting their new buddies and they worked hard together making cards for firefighters.  We will give these to local firefighters on September 11.
We have also had an AWESOME August getting to know each other so the class had a small reward party with an extra recess this afternoon.  Enjoy your three day weekend and stay dry!
