Does McDonald's Serve CheeseBurgers?

Today we started long division. We are using the phrase "Does McDonald's Serve CheeseBurgers" to help remember the steps. 1.  Divide, 2.  Multiply, 3.  Subtract, 4.  Compare, 5.  Bring down.
The class enjoyed learning long division, and we will continue to practice this next week. There is no math homework tonight.
We also had a visit from Mrs. Hausner. She came and taught us about Plymouth Rock and did a cause and effect lesson with the class.
