Students worked in cooperative groups today to build a snowman. They had to stick to their $25.00 budget, stay under 50 pounds (after converting from ounces), and then come up with a name and sales pitch. The results are below!
Today we shared and celebrated the essays the students wrote. We had volunteers read their essays aloud and then had a little nacho fiesta. As you can see they were just a little excited about the nachos!
Today students were able to visit different stations and learn about the holiday traditions of some of the ELL students in our building. We were excited because we had 3 students from our room presenting!
D.M.S.C.B. - we have started long division and one way to remember this is Does McDonalds Serve CheeseBurgers? It was a challenge getting the steps today and we will continue with this all week.

We sure love dancing with our buddies! We met up this morning for a brief brain break. We then shared with our buddies a fun thing we will (or hope to do) over break.
Today we had an exciting game of baseball in here- math baseball that is! We reviewed for the unit 4 test tomorrow. Everyone is coming home with a practice test to study
